    Brooke, you`re an inspiration. I just had a client now tell me that she has followed up the book I asked her to read “why fascia matters” with continuing to read your newsletter. Her only problem was that you use the word fighters in your title and that seems like an almost negative connotation. So works both ways that you`re changing to liberated body. I`m sure she`ll love that one even more.
    Great work and I look forward to putting myself through the 30 day challenge.

    I’m in! I’m intrigued both by the work and the business/communication model, to be honest. You’re absolutely right to charge a small amount for this (possibly, even more than a small amount as you progress from the beta) and while it places a potential (chiefly psychological) hurdle in the path of potential joinees, it will also encourage people to make good on their commitment to the programme. See you online in April! ps. I’m a little sad that you’re dropping the site name, ‘FFF’, by the way.

    This looks great. I’d love if it were available to start at any time. I get the support idea of having a whole bunch of people doing the challenge at once, but both September and April are very busy times for me (I’m an academic), and so not the best time to be taking on a challenge. Summer, on the other hand, would be ideal.

      Hi Louise- so sorry to hear it! This first year I’m experimenting with those months and what times wind up being best for most people, so I appreciate the feedback and will keep you posted as that evolves.
